Our company has for years specialised in back-ventilated curtain facades and bonded ceramic facades for Minergie residential buildings. The solutions on offer are suitable not only for ensuring maximum insulation when renovating existing buildings but also for prefabricated houses.
Traditional finishes use claddings made of travertine or gneiss from our valleys in Ticino, which are bonded or mechanically fixed.
In addition, a number of our suppliers also offer modern solutions made of fine stoneware or highly compact materials such as Dekton, available in many sizes as well as in very large formats (320 cm). The substructure is executed in stainless steel or aluminium in accordance with the SIA standard.
Beginning with project planning by our technical staff in collaboration with the project management engineers and architects, we can work out and develop the best solution for each form and size using these different cladding systems as well as concepts using more than one combination of textures, colours, surfaces and formats.
Then there is still the not insignificant fact that paint does not adhere to materials with ultracompact surfaces, enabling considerable cost savings when maintaining and cleaning the building, for example when removing graffiti.
Every day our workshop supplies assorted worktops for the kitchen area. The manufacturing process sees care, knowledge, passion and love combined with detail.
So that the worktop and cladding can fit to the last millimetre, we carry out measurements in the already installed kitchen ourselves.
Our range of natural materials extends from classically elegant Nero Assoluto with a shiny surface finish or flamed and brushed to a broad spectrum of granite tops with a noble aesthetic.
On request, we offer our customers specific colours such as pure white, red and green as well as special effects as a result of digital printing on worktops made of quartz composite, fine stoneware and glass – they are fantastic materials but must be handled with care.
If you would like a shock-resistant top with fire and thermal resistance so that standard hobs can be replaced by induction points below the worktop, ultracompact Dekton is the right solution.
In our store in Grancia, you can view this material in complete worktops with different thicknesses and formats to make sure of the impressive aesthetic yourself. So don’t let yourself be put off by small samples.
In terms of processing, our customers can choose between different finishes depending on their specific requirements.
As an innovation, we exclusively offer the option of draining boards with structured and non-shiny surfaces, thus with the same surface as the worktop.
Since our firm covers every stage of the process from planning to installation, you can also count on rapid deployment and speedy completion when changing the kitchen worktop in your own home.
Let us give you one final piece of advice: Go for quality. It will pay off, day in day out, for many years to come.
Stone is a classically noble and durable material which has been continuously refined over time: from marbles and granites selected from around the world to gneiss from Ticino for the widest possible range of needs and desires, and quartz composites and materials with ultracompact surfaces for anyone seeking an innovative solution.
Regardless of what you decide, all materials are processed with care and passion in our stone workshop in Grancia and precisely installed and laid by our teams of experienced fitters.
We provide everything from kitchen and bathroom solutions via floor and wall coverings to the design of building facades.
Wood provides many elegant and durable solutions which impart warmth and comfort to any ambience.
Ideally you need a temperature of between 15 and 20°C and an ambient humidity of 45 to 60%. Wood must be protected from scratches and knocks, so as a minimum we recommend an oiled and brushed finish.
Our programme includes various types of parquet for both indoor and outdoor spaces. In our showroom not only can you admire the parquet solutions from Porcelanosa but you can also take a look at woods from South Tyrol for custom orders and furnishings such as tables and wall panels.
Tiles have changed radically over the past few years. Modern technologies mean we can provide ever larger tiles with thicknesses ranging from a few millimetres to 2 or 3 cm with the widest possible range of surfaces – smooth, shiny, matt or structured.
The spectrum has been expanded still further as a result of digital printing: Whether it looks like wood, marble, cement or artificial resin, the effect is extremely natural and realistic, even to the trained eye.
An oasis of relaxation, noble materials, whirlpool, waterfall shower, washbasins – famous designers like Zaha Hadid have worked for Porcelanosa: Nothing is left to chance when it comes to your comfort and wellbeing.
Bathrooms as Zen oases but also practical shower trays with non-slip tiles, completely barrier-free. Every project is tailored to the customer’s individual requirements.
