Our company has for years specialised in back-ventilated curtain facades and bonded ceramic facades for Minergie residential buildings. The solutions on offer are suitable not only for ensuring maximum insulation when renovating existing buildings but also for prefabricated houses.
Traditional finishes use claddings made of travertine or gneiss from our valleys in Ticino, which are bonded or mechanically fixed.
In addition, a number of our suppliers also offer modern solutions made of fine stoneware or highly compact materials such as Dekton, available in many sizes as well as in very large formats (320 cm). The substructure is executed in stainless steel or aluminium in accordance with the SIA standard.
Beginning with project planning by our technical staff in collaboration with the project management engineers and architects, we can work out and develop the best solution for each form and size using these different cladding systems as well as concepts using more than one combination of textures, colours, surfaces and formats.
Then there is still the not insignificant fact that paint does not adhere to materials with ultracompact surfaces, enabling considerable cost savings when maintaining and cleaning the building, for example when removing graffiti.
